Ławica Shopping Park, located on Bukowska Street in Poznań, is covering an area of over 2 ha. It consists of three fully glazed buildings with rounded side walls, topped with a light, openwork roof, and it offers around 7 thousand sq m. of rental space.
The new Ławica Shopping Park houses 17 retail units. The center features stores from well-known retail chains as well as popular service outlets, such as Media Expert, Lidl, Action, Pepco, and Maxi Zoo.
The new shopping center is also home to the first DM drugstore in Poznań, a German cosmetics and household goods brand. Sofa & Friends has also opened its brand showroom here, offering exclusive furniture.
The park’s offer is complemented by services typical for this format, including an optical salon, a pharmacy, a florist, a parcel locker, a flower vending machine, and a dining area with a Gorąco Polecam bakery.
