Poznań-based company Scallier, specializing in the development and management of retail projects in Poland and Romania, has finalized the sale of another commercial property developed in partnership with PKB Inwest Budowa.
Following the acquisition of retail parks in Pleszew and Wrocław, which were sold to LCP Poland, this time the transaction involved a property located in Nowa Wieś near Pruszków, within the Warsaw metropolitan area.
The retail property acquired by Centerscape offers a total of approximately 2,000 sq m. of space, on two retail buildings, one housing a Biedronka supermarket, and the other accommodating tenants such as PEPCO, Maxi Zoo, and Totalizator Sportowy.
Scallier was responsible for the land acquisition, full commercialization of the project, comprehensive investment advisory services, and the sale of the property in Nowa Wieś near Pruszków.
