Stage Capital sold Galeria Nad Jeziorem, ca. 21,000 sqm-large shopping centre to Saller Group. Galeria Nad Jeziorem, opened in 2002 and extended in 2018, has an established position on the local market.
It is anchored by Carrefour and provides customers with access to a range of popular Polish and international brands, including Bricomarché, Martes Sport, Sinsay, Rossmann, Pepco, CCC, Euro RTV AGD. It also has a large Helios cinema.
We acquired Galeria Nad Jeziorem with intention to execute a clear business plan, particularly improving the tenant mix. We were pleased to successful do this, including renewing a revised format Carrefour, introducing popular tenants such as Sinsay and developing plans to extend the scheme
