Construction has started on a new retail park in Ruda Śląska that is already nearly fully leased. The project, located on Bukowa Street near its junction with 1 Maja Street, is being developed by PKB Inwest Budowa in cooperation with TERG as the second phase of a wider commercial development. Leasing is being handled by Scallier.
The retail park will provide approximately 6,800 square metres of gross leasable area (GLA) and has secured around 90% of its space before construction has progressed. Confirmed tenants include Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, CCC, HalfPrice, Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtrem Kids.
The new scheme is being developed alongside established retail destinations, including Castorama and Aura Park, reinforcing the area’s position as one of Ruda Śląska’s key retail locations. The retail park is scheduled to open in November 2026.
