Scallier has fully leased a new retail park in Bolesławiec ahead of its scheduled opening in September 2026. The project, located on Aleja Tysiąclecia in the city’s established retail district, is being developed on the site of a former Tesco supermarket.
Once completed, the retail park will offer approximately 5,000 square metres of gross leasable area (GLA), with the option to expand by an additional 2,000 sqm should market demand support further development.
The scheme has reached full occupancy following the signing of a lease agreement with ShockPrice, a new off-price retail chain operating within the Modivo Platform. The retailer will occupy approximately 1,700 sqm, making it one of the project’s anchor tenants.
The tenant lineup includes ALDI, ShockPrice, Action, Xtreme Fitness, Dr. Max Pharmacy, which already operates at the location, and a Petroprix unmanned fuel station. The location is expected to serve not only the city’s population of more than 37,000 residents but also shoppers from surrounding municipalities.
