FutureMeds is expanding its international headquarters and medical clinic at the Infinity office building in Wrocław, taking an additional 592 sqm under a long-term lease. Following the expansion, the clinical research company will occupy more than 1,700 sqm across the building.
The new lease will commence at the start of September 2026, with the fourth-floor premises delivered on a turnkey basis and fitted out according to FutureMeds’ requirements.
FutureMeds operates more than 30 European locations
Founded in 2019, FutureMeds operates a network of more than 30 clinical research sites across seven European countries: Poland, the UK, Spain, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine.
The company specializes in clinical trials of new medicines and therapies. In Poland, FutureMeds operates seven centres across six cities: Wrocław, Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Olsztyn and Gdynia. It has two locations in Warsaw.
FutureMeds has been a tenant at Infinity since 2023, with its medical clinic on the ground floor and headquarters on the first floor. The additional 592 sqm on the fourth floor will primarily provide new office space for the company’s growing organization.
Infinity offers more than 20,000 sqm
Infinity is a seven-storey Class A development with 18,727 sqm of office space and another 1,561 sqm of retail and service space, bringing its total commercial area to more than 20,000 sqm.
The property has a three-level underground car park with 311 spaces, electric vehicle charging stations and cycling infrastructure including 128 bicycle spaces, changing rooms and showers.
