LIXA E approaches full occupancy

Completed in early 2024, LIXA E added nearly 18,000 square metres of office space to Warsaw’s commercial real estate market. The building is part of the LIXA office campus near Rondo Daszyńskiego, one of Warsaw’s most active office locations.

Developed in phases, the campus comprises five office buildings offering a combined 77,000 square metres of office space. The complex also includes more than 5,500 square metres of landscaped green areas, including patios and terraces, and offers a mix of retail, dining and public spaces. Yareal Polska currently owns LIXA C and LIXA E.
