Mondelez is staying put in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, after extending its lease at Signum Work Station until 2032. The deal covers nearly 4,000 square meters of office space. The building has hosted Mondelez’s service operations since 2019.

Mondelez’s Warsaw branch remains one of the building’s key tenants, supporting the office’s broader mix of local and international occupiers. The lease was negotiated with support from CBRE.

TriGranit has been investing in the building since the asset was acquired by DRFG Investment Group at the end of 2024. Recent improvements include modernization of common areas and elevator lobbies, plus technology upgrades such as a building app and a digital waste monitoring system.

Signum Work Station offers more than 32,400 square meters of leasable space, 870 parking spaces and a large typical floor plate of 4,650 square meters, giving tenants room to adapt layouts to their needs.
