Polish fashion company BrandBQ, owner of the Medicine fashion brand, has signed a long-term agreement with 7R for more than 30,000 square metres of warehouse space at 7R Hub Nowa Huta in Kraków.
The leased space, located within Building H1 of the emerging logistics and technology hub, will support Medicine’s procurement, commercial operations and distribution activities. The project will be delivered in two phases, with the first scheduled for November 2027 and the second becoming operational in November 2028.
The new facility will serve both e-commerce fulfilment and distribution to several hundred Medicine stores across Poland, while also supporting deliveries to domestic and international customers.
BrandBQ, headquartered in Kraków, has expanded Medicine into one of Poland’s best-known fashion and lifestyle brands, combining online sales with a network of physical stores in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Its products are also available in 12 European markets through the Answear platform.
A tailored warehouse
The warehouse will be tailored to BrandBQ’s operational requirements, incorporating dedicated workstations alongside traditional storage areas. The building will feature energy-efficient technologies, including a hybrid heating system combining heat pumps with radiant heating solutions.
Located within the Ruszcza Logistics and Industrial Centre under the “Kraków – Nowa Huta of the Future” development programme, 7R Hub Nowa Huta is designed to become Europe’s largest urban logistics complex upon completion.
The project will ultimately provide approximately 230,000 sqm of logistics space with infrastructure prepared for automation, dedicated operational zones and transport links to Kraków city centre, national road 79 and the future S7 expressway.
Environmental features include the planting of more than 2,200 biodiversity-supporting plants, around 10 hectares of new woodland, wildflower meadows, rain gardens and cycling infrastructure. The complex is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.
