SPEEDWELL is taking its SPACEPLUS concept beyond Romania with its first project in Poland. The expansion follows the acquisition of a 6.48-hectare plot in Warsaw’s Targówek district.
On this site, the company plans to develop SPACEPLUS Warsaw as a premium small business unit project built around flexibility, accessibility and operational efficiency. The concept was first validated in Romania, where SPACEPLUS was designed to meet the practical needs of small and medium-sized enterprises looking for modern logistics space.
This project will follow the same specifications as SPACEPLUS Chitila site in Romania, and will allow tenants to configure spaces from the development phase, which should appeal to companies looking for long-term flexibility.
Romanian pipeline continues
While the company expands in Poland, it is also pushing ahead with SPACEPLUS in Romania. Construction is due to begin in June on a new Popești-Leordeni location, on DN4 between Bucharest’s ring road and the new A0 motorway. The project will provide about 12,200 sqm of leasable space for SMEs and is designed for industrial and logistics use.
